RMA Policy

Please READ the following information carefully before continuing... 

ALL return merchandise REQUIRES an RMA# issued by CDS, Inc.

A copy of the ORIGINAL INVOICE with serial numbers matching those on the returned
merchandise must be enclosed along with a detailed description of the problem.
(An Original Invoice does not apply to merchandise not purchased from CDS, Inc.)

The RMA Department is allowed up to 48 hours (holidays excluded) to respond with a RMA#.

An RMA# must appear on the outside of the package. The RMA# is valid for 14 days only.

We reserve the right to refuse any item which does not have an RMA#.

All RMA items shipped to us must be freight prepaid. We will pay the return freight via 
FedEx 3-day Service.

Physical damage, mishandling, mis-use, illegal modifications, no serial number and
missing parts will automatically void the warranty.

All items MUST be returned properly packaged & protected
Any item(s) returned in envelopes will VOID THE WARRANTY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

All claims for storage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after
receipt of shipment.

ABSOLUTELY NO CROSS-SHIPPING WILL BE GRANTED. Contact your salesman for
any assistance.

Products returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refund after 30 days.

All refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee...No Exceptions!

Items which are out of warranty or mismatch the invoice will not be accepted.

For All First-Time Customers, a credit card or certified cashier's check is required.  Contact
us (see footer) for further information.

Approximate turnaround time is 7-10 business days for warranty repairs.

2-Day "RUSH" service is available for an additional 30% above repair price quotes.

Our default shipping method is FedEx Saver 3-day (call for other FedEx options). 
All items are shipped Signature Required.  We ship FedEx Insured exclusively.
Shipping is not included within the price of the item. California residents must add 7.00% 
sales tax.
International orders are processed by wire transfers ONLY. There is a $15 fee for wire
transfer transactions.
International order processing is not available for Price Watch® customers.
Sorry, we don't process Military APO/FPO, Rural Routes or PO Boxes 
(unless FedEx delivers to you).
CDS, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or postage due packages or mail.
All Orders are Processed within 24 hours (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays Excluded).
