EPSON PRINTER PROBLEM

I recently upgraded from Xywrite III to III+ with a la carte menus. Before the
upgrade I had no problems getting my Epson LQ 850 to print in draft, roman, or
san serif. Now after the upgrade the printer jumps automatically to draft mode
and I cannot change it to anything else. The printer works fine with other
programs but this is a problem I have been unable to solve with Xywrite. I have
avoided using the program lately because of this problem. Any suggestions?
