Re: Mac and Xy

My Acer laptop came with a _lovely_ utility that enables you to
burn a real bootable image of your system, in its present state.
First to the second partition on the hard drive, then to a couple
of DVDs. The instructions say to do it first thing after Windows
runs the first time, and then each time you change something
(e.g. get rid of all that eye-candy in Vista, or install an app
or a printer). The one time I had to use it, it worked perfectly.
Of course, Acer will probably never release it as a piece of
software; it makes a great selling point for their PCs.
