Talk about coincidences! I was just wondering if there was a way to do
that for a project I have in hand. Thanks, Carl.

By the bye, Carl commented a while back about the way words get mentioned
in one context, then pop up in another. Well, about two weeks ago, my
professional association's newsletter reprinted a piece (from the
Spectator no less; Addison and Steele must be revolving in their
graves) in which a man of little vocabulary and less reading
good-naturedly chastised the English users of India for "quaint and
recondite" words and usages--such as "balderdash." Within two weeks I
came across "balderdash" twice in a book I was reading, and then Robert
used it here. (I use it so much that a friend once gently chided that "it
sounds like the year of the balderdash.")
