rather think command.com under XP would't do it either.
It's perfectly simple to have separate shortcuts to cmd.exe
and command.com on your XP desktop. IIRC, command.com is in
c:\windows\system32. Anyway, you can search for it until you
find it, then drag and drop to create a shortcut.
