That seems to happen *a lot*, even when a good site itself does not
suddenly go "Poof" (as many of them do all the time). The site
designer / maintainer just can't leave well enough alone. Do a search
for something in your favorite search engine, and see how many of the
links go nowhere. I can understand it if there's a change of ISP or
web hoster, but even there it is possible to redirect something a
great many people have bookmarked to the new location. Not enough
sites bother to do this, though.
