This interesting site from the National Information Infrastructure
Development Program (NIIF) of Hungary (!) also contains 3 more
directories under the /win directory (same level as /dos):

win31adobe/ Sat Sep 21 00:00:00 1996 Directory
["latest file format converters available for Windows 3.1x versions of
Word for Word 7.2, Viewer 3.1 v1.1, and DocuComp 4.x which were
released as Adobe File Utilities by Adobe."]

win31mastersoft/ Sat Sep 21 00:00:00 1996 Directory
["latest file format converters available for Windows 3.1x versions of
Word for Word 7.2, Viewer 3.1 v1.0, and DocuComp 3.x which were
released under the Mastersoft brand name."]

win95/ Sat Sep 21 00:00:00 1996 Directory
["latest file format converters available for Viewer 95 and the 32-bit
version of Word for Word 7.2 and DocuComp 4.0."]

[The /dos directory contains "latest file format converters available
for DOS versions of Word for Word 7.0 and 7.2."]

Most have internal dates of April or May 1996. Choose the version(s) you
have on your system and compare dates to see if these are more recent.
On mine, they seem newer by a few months anyway. None include Word
Perfect 7.x or later, or Word 8.0, but any improvement should help.
