Whatever its other faults, WinY2K is international. The one you'd normally
buy in the US is as Chinese-capable as the one you'd normally buy in Taiwan.

If Windows isn't your bag, here's good news posted today to another mailing
list:

If it handles Japanese, I imagine it will handle Chinese just as well
(though I know nothing of FEP issues).

Yes, I too wish that DBCS were handled well by Nota Bene (and Opera).
