Is it too late to suggest some kind of index addenda/errata? For
instance, the index to the Customization Guide has no mention of
Startup; it's on p9 and p193. That's all I have inserted in mine, but
other may want to add to this.

Note: These docs are not the final versions. Some of the
hyperlinks don't yet work, without the sections that haven't
been completed. And as I go along, I find ways of doing things
that I plan on going back to previous sections and reworking
in a similar manner. But, they're pretty close to what they'll
be when done.
