Well Harry, that is quite a flakey problem. My intuition tells me to question
what your program is loading in the way of save/gets, etc. Perhaps you wouldn't
mind zipping up your setup and nclosing it in a message to me. I won't need
the staple files such as the editor, spell checker, etc., but would want any
files being loaded in Startup that I won't have. Also, please specify the exact
version of the program you are running. If it is XY4 or XyWin, the settings
file is important. Finally, if you notice the problem usually occurs after you
have invoked some feature, TSR, etc., please make note as well.
