KBD ? FOR TOSH5100

I have discovered a small problem with my keyboard file as I started using
XyWrite this weekend with my new Toshiba 5100, which I think is identical in
keyboard layout to the Tosh 3100.
  Briefly, the RE function would not work when I pressed Ctl-Del. I downloaded
the two T3100 kbd files in the utilities sections, but found they have the same
RE function loaded to the 83 key as I had in my existing KBD file.
  I also loaded TEST.KBD and verified that the Del key is indeed 83 (switching
keyboards in a XyWrite session is perilous business, usually coldboots my other
laptop, a Tosh1100+, and in this case made inoperative an important TSR I use
to adjust gray-screens during program sessions).
  Anyways, I had to add an NI to that key to make the function work.
