modifying dlg files

I want to eliminate the annoying dlg box in Xy4DOS that asks me if I really
want to edit an xpl file that is stored in a .sgt file. This is the dlg box
that comes up when you do: Advanced/Programming/Options//Edit.
The xy4.dlg file is rather complicated. How do I edit it to remove the jump
to the needless dialog box?
