Re: xy4win 'old' keyboard pr

The problem with the keyboard file is easy to solve. The values in
the CTRL and ALT tables for these keys (101 and 103 on a standard
PC/AT keyboard) need to be preceded with an NI,. This string
indicates that this is a non-ibm function. Note: NI, should be
added, not the period.
