Thanks for the interesting, yet strangely sad story about the old days at XyQuest. I too remember how great their tech support folks were. At one point, I was on the phone to dave erickson himself, as we worked me through a hacking session on editor.exe in Debug - we were trying to get it to work with a mouse. Imagine Bill Gates talking with a user of Word on the phone!
