I just tested my version of Virtual PC (3.0, DOS only), and it shells back
and forth perfectly. So is the problem with all the "Windows" versions of
Virtual PC, or does anyone have a Windows-inclusive version that shells to
DOS within XyWrite?

Also, by "DOS emulation under Virtual PC," Harry, do you mean a program
outside of Virtual PC, or just the bare bones version of the same
software, which is what I have?

Mine claims to be PC-DOS 2000.
