The Robert Holmgren's Postghost frame (contained in the Jumbo U2 file)
is an universal solution to printing problems. It takes benefit from
Ghostscript to use your Windows USB printer. Use the XyWrite Mail List
Search Engine (http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/xysearch.cgi) or download
http://holmgren.home.acedsl.com/postghst.zip.
