Paul,

You need a Wacom Win 3.1 driver, but I think it does not probably
support current hardware. I have a physical Win 3.1 machine with an old
Wacom tablet and a mouse, it has special drivers. The setup is working
(both mouse and tablet at the same time). I could not locate the drivers
right away, but I have comprehensive archives, so if you want them,
contact me off list.
