I wonder, would that let you get around Vista's determination to
assign the blank piece of paper icon to DOS apps or command.com
prompts? Xy runs fine under cmd.exe, and the "memory" property
tabs on such shortcuts are flat-out lies, but I do have a minor
(annoying, not actually damaging) bug when I run dBase under cmd.exe.
