Well, that new computer came about sooner than I expected, and I thought I'd try VDOSXY this time around. Still Windows 7 Professional.I got the VDOSXY version from Datarealm and was nicely walked through the alterations to Autoexec.txt. Thanks for making it so simple.Opened VDosXY and Zing! There it is. DIR brought up the files. But try to open one and...Access Denied.Is there a setting to change? Thanks.Jon Pareles
