Re: XyWrite not working any more! System file problem?

The M$ page I cited gave step-by-step instructions. Do they work, or not?

Hi, Harry. This situation
does not involve the desktop icon.  She tried to open the
application by double-clicking on the editor.exe file.  
Okay, but maybe it could still, involve the .pif file. The test is can
she launch editor.exe by going to a DOS box, with its C: prompt and
doing:

editor.exe

No clicking, no Windows involvement.
