I installed XY-Win because I need to be compatible with the Windoze world
around me. From XY-Win I can send XY documents as faxes with some cutesy
graphical formatting, I can clipboard to other Windoze application, and I
can even exchange files with Win users to some degree via the filters.

I ordered NB simply because it is a better XY-Win -- it installs like a
Windows program without going through the bizarre contortions that the
XY-Win installation requires, and it has MSWord 8 filters. That is all I
need. If I get it, however is another question. So far the NB people only
sent me a demo disc.
