4.016 disables IBID

More serious problems. Updating to XyWrite 4.016 using the four
DOS disks sent by you completely disabled IBID. Trying to access
any IBID option only generates the error message "MENU/HLP file
not loaded" and puts "IB" in the open window.
How do we use IBID with 4.016?
