Re: XY CLASSES

I DID have a summary of what they were going to teach, and they taught it
terribly. Also -- they were personally recommended to me by XyWrite's people
which is what disappointed me about them.
When we all signed up for the class (prior to going to it), we were asked
what applications we intended to use XyWrite for (good English, whot?). Since
almost everyone there worked for a publisher, I was surprised that the
instructor was not prepared for the caliber of the folks.
I still can't get over the fact that the hardware kept giving them problems,
and they didn't know how to fix it. Finally -- the guy who was in charge of
700 PCs for the Washington Post sort of went off to the side with them and
fixed it during a break.
