Using the settings in my previous post on this subject, it works
extremely well. In fact the cursor is so fast and smooth you have to
throttle it back. David Thomas (author of TAME) just sent me a test
version that attempts to correct the few remaining issues. I'll test
it in the next few days and send along the details.
