Funny. How come here, on my very wall next to the computer, is page copied
from a Microsoft DOS handbook, that lists ASCII 1-256.

NB: I could have copied from the XYwrite documentation too, that does not
stop at 128, either.

NB: Where do I get this feeling of deja vu from?
