Yes. And that's what I don't like. Partly on general
distributivist principles, but also because some at
least of the little guys (notably Wendell's and my ISP,
Eskimo) are Linux-friendly. Too many of the big guys
try to tell you "You have to use/We don't support
anything but/ Explorer and Outlook/Outlook Express."
Not usually literally true, but they don't know or
won't tell you stuff you need to know to configure
other apps or opsyses to work.
