Not by me. I migrated my keyboard from 3 to 4. I made some modifications, but then I was always
making them anyway. The only thing from 4 that is an "upgrade" on the keyboard is the
ctrl-alt-shift section of the xy4.kbd file. Drop that whole table into your 3 .kbd file.
