vDOS: CONFIG.NT equivalent?

This is really a vDOS question not a vDOSXy question, but if you'll indulge me:
To run another DOS program (CB86, a compiled BASIC), I needed to have in
CONFIG.NT the lines:

files=40
FCBS=64

when I was running Win 7 32 bit.

Is there some equivalent setting I can make in vDOS Plus?
