Nope. Scrapbook. It adds a contextual menu item allowing you to save
a webpage as a local file(s). You can set it to go 0 or 1 or 2
or ... links deep. It's accessible through the sidebar, where it
displays as titles you can click on and, voila, up pops the webpage. 
(It also lets you create named subfolders to categorize stuff. I'll
send you a screenshot if you like or you can simply try it out.)
