ibid and orbis for xywin, TTG support

A few weeks back there was some discussion at TTG as to which version of orbis
to port to Xywin. Apparently that decision has been taken. I just had a short
note from TTG saying that they have decided to make the full
(NB) versions of Orbis and Ibid available to XyWin users. No time was given,
but my distinct impression is that this is an active and high priority effort.

Also indicated was that changes are brewing in TTG's tech support policies.
They will be charging for XyIII support, they will be consolidating the dial up
bulletin boards they provide, and they will enhance their presence on
Compuserve. Jeff Ramsey, the TTG Product
Manager, has cheerfully agreed to post information about this list on the
xywrite bulletin boards. I will send him the INFO file this evening.
