Actually, it's the 9x versions that have Command.com...in NT, W2K, and (I guess) XP the file is called "cmd.exe".

You simply find the file, and you can right-click and drag - then choose "create shortcut here"...

or right-click and choose "create shortcut" - then move the resulting file to where ever you like.

Evidently, my Win knowledge is even more limited than I thought.  How
do you create the Command.Com type of shortcut ?
