You can also save this to a keyboard file. I have mine on table=shift+caps. But
you don't have to.
If you do, where you see 5=$ (the scancode for the 4/dollarsign key), comment
out the line
;;5=$
Replace it with
5=r1,r5,r6
Then, perhaps in table shift+alt you can do the same thing with the ANSI
poundsign.
