Since your initial problem was type size, netbooks probably won't suit you--they have small screens
(and everything else).
Unless you need portability, go for a desktop. You'll get faster processor speed, more memory, a
bigger keyboard, and a bigger display.

I just took a random peek at the Dell site, which wouldn't neccesarily be a first choice for a new
computer, and they're still offering XP on the Inspirons where I clicked.

XY would thrive on the minimum configuration of any new computer--no extra memory, revved-up
processor or any of the other extras. You can probably use some pieces of your existing computer,
like speakers or keyboard or printer, if you like them.

Of course, while you're upgrading you could also zoom into the future with XyWrite 4 and all of the
added capabilities of Xywwweb.U2 . The convenience of CLIP alone--cut-and-paste between XyWrite and
Windows text, like web pages--is well worth the brief time spent on the update.
