Sure, why not? If you can display the file in a browser, you can
download it with any HTTP transfer utility -- like Hacksaw or cURL
or U2 frame GetHTTP (which uses cURL), to name but a few. Once you
observe that the message base is organized according to a schema
(../xywrite/YYYY/msg#####.htm), it's a fairly trivial exercise to
write a routine to do BATch downloads.
