What am I missing here? I think I suggested, more than once,
to SAD to a fresh, new file (with a new filename) _after_
disabling DocInfo. In other words (as Robert put it), "Create
a new document when IO=0". How does my suggestion differ from
whatever you did that "did the trick"?
