There is a really good section on using Help frames in Herb Tyson's Xywrite
Revealed that finally resulted (with the help of Tyson via CompuServe) in doing
a simple thing I always wanted to be able to do: to just hit a control-key
combination in Xywrite and pop up a menu giving me the choice of all the
subdirectories in which I use Xywrite, and letting me move there by just
hitting a number.
