epub content is bone-head html code. I generated a keyboard file for
the html codes I most often need. Admittedly it helps to have another
program to do the final packing and zipping of the index, style
sheets, photographs and content files, as epub readers require a
specific folder/file structure which is not intuitive. InDesign or
MS-Word will do that fairly easily.
