Et moi aussi. Some "tech guys" don't know what they're doing. They're 
especially prone to have short memories and so forget how an older opsys 
(or application) works.


I'm sure you're right. Unfortunately, those of us who need a tech guy's assistance almost by definition don't know enough to assess his ability. It's maddening. Can anyone on the list recommend people who sell computer services in New York and DO know what they're doing?
