You've got to look sideways to find this one. It's the 10th value
of default UI, which controls the position and length of the
*PRompt* line. A setting of 2 (the default) positions the PRompt to
the right of the CMline, so that they each occupy half a line. But
a setting of 0 or 1 moves the PRompt to its own line (at the top or
bottom of the screen), and the CMline expands to fill the entire
line.
