That's a strange URL. My browser de l'heure announced that it was
irretrievable. A search on Google for Mutt FAQ found something looking
similar . . . whose URL was quickly transformed into the one above.
Anyway, it lists three such converters:

http://word2x.alcom.co.uk/ a utility called Word2x that runs on Linux,
FreeBSD, OS/2, etc. (not MS-DOS or Windows).

http://www.fe.msk.ru/~vitus/catdoc/

neither of whose servers was in a good mood when I tried it. I'll try
again later.
