I've had some luck using the Rich Text Format filter in Xy 4 for DOS to convert Xy 4 files to Microsoft Word 6. I believe the filter is included in the Word for Word conversion program that I use with Xy 3+, but I haven't tried it with an Xy3+ conversion to Word 6.
