Dear Mr. Kiely,

This is a reported bug that development is aware of - BUT we can't seem to
recreate this bug in all cases. If at all possible, we'd like you to upload
your SETTINGS.DFL file - since it seems as if this problem is triggered from
the system setup. This also might allow us to narrow the problem down, so we
are able to give a work around.
