AUTO REPLACE

Andrew: The problem with 50=CO,&R {or 50=&R,CO or any other such
formulation} is that it doesn't work in help frames. It simply won't produce a
comma. The only formula that seems to work is the one I originally suggested:
50=,&R as unorthodox as that might seem. I concur with your observation about
single letters; that they do not trigger auto-replace after the first time.
The problem appears to be with the AR function itself. In other words, even if
you perform AR directly on the single letter, it won't be replaced. [To test
this, first position the cursor on the single letter, then go to command line
and issue command: func AR] The only way around this is to reload your
personal speller each time you want to auto-replace a single letter. I don't
know what's going on here.
