Robert, on the first release (4.1) we encountered several "Protection
Violation" errors, however in 4.11 we have not seen the this type of problem on
startup. Do you have 4.11?

Oh, concerning the OD setting which we discussed previously... I should have
known this immediately... graphic display represents the printed page (or the
best representation possible). It's designed to show the offset in this mode,
but not draft or page-line.
