Is there something that overrides the MoDe settings in SETTINGS.DFL?
With vDosXY I can get italic with MoDe 30 and underline with MoDe 113
but whatever I seem to set for MDBU in settings.dfl, I always get the
same red text on a yellow background - and exactly the same for MDBI
too. However ®MD172¯Bold Underlining®MDNM¯ does give me bold underline
correctly so it is there.
