Ed, there's Trouble in Paradise. But first the good news: a keyboard
shortcut, Ctrl-Alt-K, is built into Word 2013.
The bad news is that the first quotation mark of a sentence will come
out with a right-quote instead of a left-quote, as follows:
[CR/LF]
'What? You've had Mum thrown out of her own house on Christmas Day?
Is that what you're telling me?'
[CR/LF]
Any idea if this is a bug, if there is a fix or workaround?
