Sorry, I don't understand what you're talking about. Win32 Backup/Restore? XP
System Restore? Linux database Log/Restore? Some DOS utility?

Check in AUTOEXEC.NT to see if something got disabled (REMmed).

But look, why not do some standard problem-solving here? If Tame is screwing
something up, create a *separate* AUTOXYW.NT file for XyWrite, and enter its
name in the XyWrite PIF. Just copy existing AUTOEXEC.NT to the new filename,
keep Tame-Mon.COM in this dedicated XyWrite-only file (AUTOXYW.NT), REM Tame
out in standard AUTOEXEC.NT -- and Done. We've discussed all this recently.
