CR/LF conversion utility

If this is of any use to you, here is a little DOS utility that converts
Unix style text files (LF only?) to XyWrite style CR/LF. There is a
companion utility that goes the other direction, too, if anyone wants
it.

To use:  crlf fname

It can use wildcards, too, I believe:  crlf *.doc
