Taming Ascii-10

Harry: I'll put you out of your misery: Here's two lines of XPL (v4 flavor) that changes
lone Ascii-10's to CrLf (13+10).

As Annie points out, you need to temporarily change existing CrLf's to a dummy character
to prevent their duplication by the main CHange command. As Joe S. alludes, it's tricky
to lay down the 1-byte Ascii-10. But once you got it, you got it.
