WCD routine in XYwwweb, and XYWin

I have just tried to use the WCD routine for changing directories in XYWin. WCD appears to find
the directories correctly but I remain in the same directory in which I started. Has anybody else
found this to happen? (I transferred XYWWWEB.REG from XY4 where it works perfectly.)
